This page describes how the SapphireX website handles information. It is a factual notice for the current site, not a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are
SapphireX is a founder-led product consultancy at 120 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Contact: hello@sapphirex.co, (949) 524-2324.
Information you submit
The contact form collects name, email, optional company, optional buyer role, engagement type, optional project timeline, and message. That information is used to respond to inquiries and to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit. Email and phone contact are also used when you write or call directly. A successful submission can record an inquiry event in the page data layer. Failed or incomplete submissions are not recorded as conversions.
Website chat
Published pages load the SapphireX chat. When you type a message, the messages from that chat session are sent to /api/ai-advisor. Do not include confidential product, customer, patient, medical, financial, or security information.
When that endpoint is enabled, it forwards the conversation to OpenAI so a language model can write a reply from published SapphireX information. This website code does not save chat messages or model replies in a SapphireX database. OpenAI may retain a request under its own API terms. This page does not describe those requests as zero-retention.
If the endpoint is unavailable, the browser shows a short prewritten answer instead. The chat does not collect a name or email address. Inquiries use the separate contact form.
When the Google tag is available, chat analytics record the event names opened and message sent. Those events do not include the text of your messages.
Analytics and advertising tags
Published pages currently load Google Ads conversion tagging (AW-18234978791) and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools may collect usage data according to their own policies. No other analytics or advertising tags are present in the published site code.
What we do not do with form submissions
Inquiry details are not sold. They are not used as public testimonials. Product materials shared later under NDA follow the engagement agreement, not this page.
