This page describes how the SapphireX website handles information. It is a factual notice for the current site, not a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are

Information you submit
The contact form collects name, email, optional company, engagement type, and message. That information is used to respond to inquiries and to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit. Email and phone contact are also used when you write or call directly.
Product Advisor
The Product Advisor is not enabled on the public site. If it is enabled later, the browser would send a short conversation to a SapphireX serverless endpoint (/api/ai-advisor) so a language-model API can recommend a published SapphireX service. Prompts may include the product challenge you type. Do not include confidential product, customer, patient, medical, financial, or security information.
SapphireX does not store full advisor transcripts by default. The model provider would process the request in order to generate a response and may retain data according to its own API terms. This is not a zero-retention service unless a later contractual zero-retention arrangement is confirmed and this page is updated.
If a visitor optionally submits a name and email after a recommendation, that inquiry is handled through the same contact flow as the website form, with consent.
Advisor analytics, if enabled, would record only event names such as advisor opened, suggested prompt selected, recommendation category, CTA clicked, conversation completed, and error state. Raw conversation text is not sent to analytics.
Analytics and advertising tags
Published pages currently load Google Ads conversion tagging (AW-18234978791) and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools may collect usage data according to their own policies. No other analytics or advertising tags are present in the published site code.
What we do not do with form submissions
Inquiry details are not sold. They are not used as public testimonials. Product materials shared later under NDA follow the engagement agreement, not this page.
