What the work is for

Products that are powerful and still hard to operate. Onboarding that collects setup instead of delivering value. Dashboards that display data without supporting a decision. AI features that demo well and do not get used.

Founder-led, not staffed out

Safa Badamchi leads the work from diagnosis through design decisions, and stays on it through delivery. Named local companies are not listed unless a publishable client relationship is verified.
